Operation Write Home Midweek Throwdown Challenge

My card today is for the Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps midweek throwdown challenge and I used the sketch from OWH sketch challenge 26 from last Sunday.

This week's OWH midweek throwdown challenge has a prize sponsor this week as well as a couple of free digital images to play with.  Ward's Digi's is sponsoring both the freebies and the prize for us.

I chose the cute little girl for my card and colored her with Copic markers.  There's a twist to the challenge this week, use a punch or a die cut on your project so I used my Spellbinders dies and I also made flowers using an EK Success punch.  The Birthday Wishes is a stamp from at set made by Papertrey Ink and the patterned paper is a new pad by Pink Paislee called 365 Degrees and I almost forgot, I did some paper piercing on the red panel.

I have an update on the construction going on at our house too, three existing windows replaced and one more to go of the two new ones!
Jenny and Michael thought the demolition part looked like fun.
The holes are sealed for today.  It will be good to get the new insulation in the wall, it was a little warm with a big hole in the wall today!

Challenges for my card:
Operation Write Home - Sketch Challenge #26
Operation Write Home - Midweek Throwdown
Paper Sundaes - Make Your Own Flowers
Digital Tuesday - Birthday Card
Project Tuesday - Paper Flowers

One Stitch At A Time - Use a digital image
