Doodle Pantry Little Frog

I'm so happy about how my card turned out today!
Do you ever have an idea in your head and need to get it made into a card?!  This is one of those cards.

I've been working on Welcome Booklets for our church and thinking about the design of my card.  I came to a good stopping place and went to work on my card, I'll get back to those booklets soon...

The cute frog image & patterned paper is by Doodle Pantry and is a new release today, I'll add a picture of everything in the set below.  I used one of the colored versions of the little frog along with one of the sentiments from the set.  My layout is an old sketch from Splitcoast Stampers, I wish I knew what number - my guess would be circa 2007.  I came across a card using the sketch so I C.A.S.E.d myself and drew up the sketch for future reference.

The "Green Galore" panel has gone through the Cuttlebug to be embossed to maybe look like frog skin.  My accent color is Via Vellum Cyan, I LOVE that Laurie uses a shade of this color to shade her colored images!  The reason is I bought a 250 sheet ream and "need" to use it :)  somehow I had grossgrain ribbon to match the Cyan cardstock and was very pleased to find the large copper eyelets to play off of the veins in the leaf.

...and there's my I just had to make it card!
