Loopty Loop Link & Rhyolite Necklace

I love Rhyolite!  It seems each time I'm looking at semi precious gemstone beads online my eye goes right for the Rhyolite and I have to stop myself from buying more.

Rhyolite is an interesting stone that is formed from volcanic activity.

For this particular necklace I used Rhyolite coin beads, big ones.
Each link of this necklace has a Rhyolite bead with wrapped loops and a large Loopty Loop link I learned how to make from Cindy Wimmer's The Missing Link book.

The copper has been antiqued and polished to bring out the natural beauty of the metal and then treated with ProtectaClear to preserve the finish I created.

Thanks for visiting my blog today!
