Hannah Lynn Deevonne

I love coloring Hannah Lynn images. One of the reasons I love these images is their fabulous hair.  The Hannah Lynn digital image Deevonne is used for my card in a Copic coloring video.

Copic markers used for her hair are: W9, W7, W5 & W3.

My card layout is a sketch from Card Positioning Systems and the papers I've used are Papertrey Ink Smokey Shadow, Via Vellum Leaf Green, Neenah Solar White & 70# white text weight to print my digital paper from Sassy Designs called Kara.

Hambo Stamps Apple Eaten

I'm playing along in the Hambo Hoedown again this week using their fun Apple Eaten image times four!
You might be wondering why four?  Well...  that's what "The Bacon Bits" are challenging us with - using four of something on our cards.  It could be embellishments, papers, images, etc., as long as there are four.

The image for this weeks challenge if you played along last is called Candles and if you didn't play along you can buy it here.

I know I always say this but... my card was really fun to make - I was going to color the apples red then decided to do something unexpected and use green, my favorite color.  I colored the apples with Copic markers YG01, YG21, YG23, E44, E42, E40, T3,T5.  The papers used are Copic X Press It, Via Vellum Leaf Green & Basic Black, the patterned paper was printed on Mohawk Bright White Color Copy 110 lb cover stock and is from Digital Delights by Louby Loo's Spring Has Sprung digital paper pack.  I also used a Papertrey Ink scalloped edge die, black grossgrain ribbon and a couple of stamps from the Lil Inker's set Rainbow & Cloud Sentiments.

Hey, did you hear?!!!
My Nerd card won Best In Show again last week in the Hambo Hoedown, how fun!
Here it is again in case you didn't get to see it -

Have a blessed weekend and I'll see you again next week, thanks for visiting my blog -

Hannah Lynn Strawberry Surf

Hi!  If you are here for the Love Our Heroes Blog Hop please scroll down to the next post -

I had to do one more post today, there's a challenge at iCopic for blond hair and it was the perfect opportunity to color one of my printed Hannah Lynn digital images and make a card!

This beauty is a digital image called Strawberry Surf by Hannah Lynn and she came from the Crafts & Me online store.  She's colored with Copic markers YG67, YG63, YG61, YG11, B23, B21, B69, B66, B60, BG10, BG0000, BV01, BV000, BV0000, R14, R17, R20, E99, E53, E29, E25, E11, E00, E000 and if you like her hair color YR24, YR21, Y23, Y21.

My layout was out of necessity because the image is fairly large, cardstock colors are Papertrey Ink Aqua Mist, Stampin' Up! Garden Green, Neenah Solar White & Discount Cardstock's Cobalt.  I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder that reminded me of bubbles because she's a mermaid and a new Spellbinders set called Floral Doily Accents.  A couple of my crafty friends and I took a road trip to Lake Havasu City the other day and I acquired a few more Spellbinders die sets, it was fun!

Adrianna by Hannah Lynn

I have a "just for fun" card to share with you today, she's Adrianna by Hannah Lynn, she comes as a rubber stamp from Crafts & Me.  She's colored with Copic markers and I tried the "halo affect" as a background for her.  Here is a list of the Copic markers I used:  R21, R22, R24, E47, E49, E44, E43, E99, E97, E31, E11, E00, E000, RV91, RV93, RV95, BV0000, YR24, YR21, YG97, YG95, YG93, BG10, BG000, BG0000.

My layout is Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps sketch #64.  My cardstock colors are Stampin' Up! Perfect Plum & Pale Plum with Via Vellum Black, the polka dotted panel I printed using black polka dotted digital paper onto SU Pale Plum.  The sentiment is by Papertrey Ink.  The black twine is actually white crochet thread colored with my 100 black Copic maker and I added a clear button and bow along with pearl earrings for Adrianna.

I really like the way she turned out!

Hannah Lynn Maxine Mermaid - Copic Coloring Book

Please scroll down to the next post if you are here for our Operation Write Home Sticker Skip~

I discovered a new (to me) digital as well as rubber stamp artist recently that I have to share with you.  Her name is Hannah Lynn Disney, she's no relation to the Disney you may be thinking.  Her drawings are just wow and I've been having a really good time coloring them.

The photo above is the cover of my Copic coloring book and I'd like to share a peek inside my Copic coloring book with you today of a Hannah Lynn coloring page that I colored with Copic markers.  The images on my coloring book cover are by Bug A Boo Stamps.

I scanned and reduced the coloring page so it would fit in my Copic coloring book.  All the marker colors I've used are listed for my future reference and for you to see too.  I used Copic Blending Solution on the water behind her, spritzing it on with a spray mister bottle and overfilling a blender pen to get it to drip onto the blue and leave rings & I also just dotted some on with the marker.

You can find Hannah Lynn digital and rubber stamps at Crafts and Me, as well as her Etsy Store and her web site.  I've put links in each for you so you can go check out Hannah Lynn art for yourself!  I hope you like her as much as I do-

Hannah Lynn Forever Rose

I recently discovered a challenge blog called Crafts & Me, they also have a store where I found this beautiful image by Hannah Lynn called Forever Rose.  I've colored her 4 times now with different colored hair and eyes and every time I'm finished I have to say, wow...  she's beautiful!

She's colored with Copic markers:
Hair:  E79, E74, E71, E70
Eye:  B97, B93, B91
Skin: E01, E00, E000
Rose:  R85, R83, R81, G28

Our Midweek Throwdown challenge at Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps is "layers".  I think she qualifies!  I used OWH Sketch #62 (again) turned up side down.  The cardstock colors are Nut Brown, Stampin' Up! Rose Romance, Discount Cardstock Royal Blue, Neenah Desert Sand and Solar White.  The "miss you" is a stamp from a Papertrey Ink stamp set.  I thought she'd be a nice miss you card for my OWH stash.

Hannah Lynn Ladybug Love

I decided to do a second blog post today so I could share a "just for fun" card that I made recently.  I came across a challenge blog called Crafts And Me which also has a store.  Some of the design team used these beautiful images and I just had to find out more.  I discovered Hannah Lynn stamps and digital images at the Crafts & Me online store.  I've purchased three digital images so far and each time I color them I sit back and think, "she's beautiful"!  I don't buy "real" stamps anymore because I don't want to store them but these are really tempting!

I tried a new skin color combination for this beauty and I'm not really happy with it.  It's E53, E51 & E50.  I think the E53 makes her face look dirty instead of shaded and I couldn't blend it out.  I also grabbed the wrong marker for her cheeks R85 so I kept moving forward and blended the best I could.  Her hair color is E79, E74, E71, E70 and the other Copic marker colors are R39, R37, R35, RV34, RV32, BG01, BG05, BG0000, BG10.

I printed my image quite large so my card turned out very simple, I decided beautiful girls really don't need much extra anyway.

Have a good weekend!
