Beate's Sketch Challenge

I didn't think I was going to get this card done in time for Beate's challenge, but I made it!

I used Stampin' Up!s Four Seasons double sided paper instead of making my own. For some reason it's harder for me that way. Might it be using their color choices instead of my own? Sounds like a control thing to me...

I used my new Marvy Uchida Scalloped Circle punch and really like it. I need to try paper piercing on it next!

I stamped my main image with Stazon Jet Black and watercolored it using my aqua painter and ink pads. This is an old Stampin' Up! set from 2000 called Scatter Sunshine. The flowers on the left side are made from my Quickutz dies, the sentiment is from my PAPERTREYink. Faux Ribbon set.

I have some other ideas for this sketch but will have to try them another time. The UPS man just left a box at my door. It's from Stampin' Up!, I have a special order birthday card to make and deliver before 5:00 p.m. today so I'm outta here!
